Return and Refund Policy Personalised Items
Personalised items are exempt from the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. We cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or the item is not to your liking. If you have made an error in personalisation or colour choice we are unable to reuse the item and we cannot, therefore, offer a refund.
If we have made an error we will happily replace the item. Please let us know within 5 working days of receipt and we can make arrangements to send a replacement.

Prices
All prices quoted are in £ sterling, VAT is not charged. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.
Delivery
The standard delivery times for most orders is 3-5 working days from receipt of cleared payment, however, during peak times the dispatch can be longer, especially if you are placing a large order. If you need your items urgently, please do not order online and contact us via email or telephone instead.
Payment
Payment for orders shall be made at the checkout stage of the website by Paypal or bank transfer. Payment can also be made by cheque.
Order Processing
Submitted orders are considered final. We may be able to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee this. We will notify you as soon as possible via email if there is a problem with your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Colour Matching
We cannot guarantee that the colour display on your device or monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the final product. We are happy to provide colour swatches on receipt of a Stamped Addressed Envelope or you can purchase swatches here.
